Stains present a challenge due to many factors, such as the chemical reaction with cloth, length of time, heat exposure, and delicacy of fabric. Although we cannot guarantee that stains will be remove or that we can prevent colors from bleeding or against any other damage, we will use our judgment based on industry standards for the method to treat the garment. These special care items will incur additional charges.
For any loss or damage of garment, the compensation amount shall not be greater than 10 times of cost of processing that garment. This is to standardize the amount for clothes of different brands.
In laundering we cannot guarantee against color bleeding or color loss and shrinkage: or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. We use front load washers and dryers, which is a gentle process and damage is NOT typical. We wash thousands of pounds weekly without incident.
The rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Washerboys cannot be held responsible for breakage of buttons, hooks, beads, trimmings.
The company is not responsible if the customer forgets something in the clothes and it gets damaged and/or misplaced.
Do not give expensive clothes i.e. above Rs.1500/- for normal wash. They are meant to be Dry Cleaned. We are not responsible for damage of such high value clothes in normal wash.
We may provide a complimentary re-wash in some cases. The final decision for the same rests with Washerboys management.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
The Invoice will be handed over to the customer at the time of Pickup.
Any special instruction has to be provided to our Pickup Rider.
You can estimate the bill amount at the time of handing over your garments to the Pickup Rider.
Any issue with respected to Quality has to be reported to us within 24 hours of Delivery of garments.
You need to count your clothes at the time of pickup and verify it on the pickup slip you will get from our Rider.
Company is not responsible for any article which is left beyond 30 days. After this storage fees will be charged @12% per month on the total invoice amount. Article not claimed within three months shall be handled appropriately by Company and be sold to recover the billed charges.
Any misplacement/short delivery/exchange or any issues should be reported to "Washerboys" customer care within 24 hours of laundry delivery.
Customers are requested to examine their garments before taking delivery and we are not responsible for any damage reported after delivery.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
For cancelling your scheduled pickup, you need to call us and inform. Cancellation is not chargeable as long as the Rider has not left our station to pick up your garments. Otherwise, the customer may have to pay 50 Rupees as conveyance charges.
If customer cancel the order after a day of pickup or in between order process, customer may have to pay 100 Rupees as compensation.
Washerboys cannot cancel any order. All cancellations have to be done by the customer.
Money will not be refunded once the order is delivered.
If you are not satisfied with the wash of an item, we may provide a complimentary re-wash in some cases. The final decision for the same rests with Washerboys management.
PAYMENT POLICY
We accept payment in Cash or UPI upon Delivery of garments back to the Customer.
You have to pay the bill amount to Delivery boy at the time of receiving your order.
We don't work on credit, you must have to pay your bill after receiving order.

We operate from 10 AM to 10 PM, 7 days a Week.
